Job Purpose: 

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Facilities Manager to join our team in Cairo. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in facilities management, preferably within the hospitality background and skills, and will be passionate about ensuring smooth operations, safety, and comfort across our facilities. A key element of this role is the ability to manage and build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

What you will be doing:

  • Support the Facilities Manager in overseeing daily building operations and maintenance activities.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring expectations are met and communication is clear.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
  • Monitor facility systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.) to ensure proper functioning and compliance.
  • Assist in planning and supervising preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
  • Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are consistently met.
  • Manage soft services (cleaning, security, landscaping) in line with operational needs.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, logs, and documentation related to facility operations.
What you will bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of relevant work experience, ideally in the hospitality or service industry.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder and vendor management.
  • Strong knowledge of facility systems, operations, and service delivery.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
