Job Purpose

We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Analyst with up to 3 years of experience to support month-end closing, financial analysis, and reporting activities. The role requires strong analytical skills, good understanding of accruals and adjustments, and the ability to provide clear insights on P&L performance, revenue trends, and budget variances. The candidate should also be comfortable maintaining aging reports, coordinating with stakeholders, and communicating effectively in English. French is preferred.

What you will be doing

  • Support the month-end closing process by preparing and posting adjustment entries and accruals.
  • Perform detailed analysis of Profit & Loss items and explain key movements.
  • Conduct revenue analysis and provide insights on performance trends.
  • Prepare variance analysis and bridge actual results versus budget and forecast.
  • Monitor and maintain the aging report and follow up on outstanding balances with relevant stakeholders.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy of financial data and timely resolution of issues.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and trend analysis activities.
  • Ensure compliance with internal finance policies and reporting requirements.
What you will bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or FP&A.
  • Good understanding of month-end closing activities, journal entries, accruals, and prepayments.
  • Knowledge of aging reports and stakeholder follow-up processes.
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • French speaker is preferred.
