About the role:
General messenger and delivery work with the main function being driving, banking deliveries
and collections.
What you will bring:
- Grade 12
- 2 years related experience
- Light vehicle Driver’s License is essential
- Driving skills
- Administration skills
- Basic Computer literacy skills (MS Outlook, MS Excel)
Knowledge required:
- Relevant Company Policies & Procedures
- Traffic and related regulations
- Basic vehicle maintenance

What you will be doing:
Deliveries and Collections:
- Handle all hand deliveries and collections from ERES WC Office to all the sub offices (example leases, statements, tenders, EAAB documentation, etc.)
- Collect banks statements for the banking department
- Collection and delivery of bank guarantees (weekly)
- Collection and deliveries of stationery and refreshments, laptops, etc to the sub offices
- Collection and deliveries of archive boxes to and from sub offices
- Matching courier waybills received on a weekly basis to the relevant invoices. Plotting all of the details on an excel copy of the invoice with the cost centres.
- Print all missing waybills from the suppliers website and attach to the relevant invoices
- Collection of post from PO boxes
- Collection of registered post / mail & records in register
- Distributes to relevant staff members in conjunction with Reception staff
- Follows up with the Post Office on registered post with the tracking numbers
- Banks daily to all relevant banks
- Place copies of the deposit slips in the relevant files
- Payments where required (Pick n Pay, SARS, etc.)
- Shuttle of staff members when necessary
- Any reasonable action requested by management.
