Job Description
The purpose of the role is:
Handling all client requirements from hard services and soft services perspective.
Key Tasks:
- Inspecting facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance.
- Oversee and enforce good record-keeping practices (Paper and CMMS).
- Preparing weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work.
- Recruiting, supervising and training maintenance technicians.
- Inspect and maintain building systems.
- Monitor all repairs and ensure that work is completed on time.
- Conduct follow-ups on all maintenance and repair work.
- Conduct monthly inspections as scheduled.
- Conduct monthly tbt as scheduled.
- Participate in coordination of projects.
- Work closely with vendors, outsourced service providers, and contractors to protect the interests of the facility.
- Manage the required work permits.
- Check that maintenance crew are working in a safety manner and not in violation of any regulations.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations.
- Preparing weekly reports for all activities.
• Gathering and analyzing data, blueprints, and reports.
• Determining facility and equipment specifications.
• Analyzing project costs and preparing budgets.
• Designing and overseeing the implementation of facility expansion, layout, various systems, and quality controls.
• Evaluating operational systems and facility infrastructure to ascertain and improve operational efficiencies.
• Developing processing plans and optimizing resource allocation.
• Planning and coordinating infrastructure and equipment maintenance schedules and activities.
• Coordinating and overseeing contractors performing maintenance activities.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, building codes, and health and safety standards.
• Preparing reports and compliance documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
• skills with ACAD and and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Access, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Explorer)
• Strong analytical skills and proven organizational ability and attention to detail is a must.
• Must be a self-starter, proactive, flexible, target oriented.
