About the role

The PMO Lead will be accountable for managing the delivery of project and program services in line with the Master/Local Service Agreements (MSA/LSA). This role serves as the single point of contact (SPOC) within the Market, collaborating with all local and regional stakeholders. The PMO Lead ensures effective project delivery, risk management, sustainability, value management, and governance across the Market, aligning with the company’s strategic objectives.

What you will bring

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, with 10+ years’ experience in project management and PMO, preferably working with MNCs.
  • In-depth knowledge of project governance, contract management, budget management, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Strong business acumen, ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams, and proven stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Ability to work autonomously in dynamic environments, strong communication skills, and experience in non-standard working settings.
  • Experience in the banking sector is preferred.
What you will be doing
  • Manage the capital program for the Market, ensuring project delivery aligns with client policies, industry standards, and risk management procedures.
  • Develop sustainability plans, embed supply chain efficiencies, lead vendor management, and monitor performance to support client’s transformation program.
  • Develop and implement a quality control plan to ensure high-quality project delivery, adhering to client’s standards and contractual obligations.
  • Lead the recruitment, training, and support of the PM team, manage stakeholder engagement, and oversee team performance, ensuring successful project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety standards, track performance, and address non-compliance.
  • Monitor project KPIs, maintain governance over contracts and vendors, and lead internal and external performance assessments.
  • Manage capital program budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting, cost-saving recommendations, and timely execution of change requests.
  • Oversee procurement strategies and ensure all contracts are fit for purpose, managing supplier performance and due diligence.
