About the role

The HR Coordinator supports the day-to-day Human Resources operations, ensuring efficient processes across recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, and compliance. The role acts as a key point of contact for employees and supports the HR function in delivering a high-quality employee experience.


Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interview scheduling
  • Support onboarding activities and ensure a smooth integration of new employees
  • Maintain candidate and recruitment records

HR Administration

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Prepare HR documents such as contracts, certificates, and letters
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation

Employee Support

  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
  • Support employee lifecycle processes (joiners, transfers, leavers)

Payroll & Compliance Support

  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing accurate employee data
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies
  • Support audits and HR reporting activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR
  • Fluency in English is mandatory (written and spoken)
  • Good knowledge of labor law and HR processes
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
