Job Purpose
The Facility Coordinator is responsible for coordinating daily facility operations and ensuring smooth service delivery across the site. The role supports compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
What you will be doing
Facility Coordination (Primary Focus)
- Coordinate day-to-day facility operations including maintenance, cleaning and soft services with the Facility manager.
- Act as the main point of contact for client requests and service-related issues.
- Follow up with service providers to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
- Track work orders and ensure closure within agreed timelines.
- Conduct routine site walkthroughs to maintain service standards.
- Support scheduling of preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
HSE Support (Secondary Responsibility)
- Support implementation of HSE policies and procedures on-site.
- Report unsafe conditions and follow up on corrective actions.
- Assist in routine safety inspections and audits.
- Ensure basic compliance with PPE usage and safety guidelines.
- Support incident reporting and documentation when required.
Coordination & Reporting
- Maintain records for work orders, maintenance logs, and service reports.
- Prepare basic reports on operations performance and service delivery.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
- Ensure proper documentation is maintained for audits and compliance.
Client Interaction
- Respond promptly to client requests and concerns.
- Maintain good working relationships with client representatives.
- Provide regular updates on service status and issue resolution.
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
- 2–4 years of experience in facilities coordination, administration, or operations.
- Basic knowledge of HSE practices is an advantage.
- Experience in a corporate or FM environment is preferred.
