Job Summary
The Office Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of the office. This role oversees administrative functions, office facilities, vendors, supplies, and supports management and staff to maintain a productive and well-organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Office & Administration Management
Oversee daily office operations and ensure a well-organized, efficient workplace
Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory; place orders as needed
Coordinate office maintenance, cleaning, security, and utilities
Act as the main point of contact for office-related matters
Facilities & Vendor Management
Liaise with service providers, landlords, and vendors
Manage contracts related to office services (cleaning, security, telecom, maintenance, etc.)
Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with agreements
Finance & Budget Support
Review invoices related to office operations and coordinate payments with Finance
Support budget planning for office and administrative costs
HR & Employee Support
Support HR with onboarding/offboarding logistics (workspace, access, equipment)
Ensure compliance with internal policies (office rules, dress code, HSE guidelines)
Act as a point of contact for employees on office-related issues
Coordination & Reporting
Support management with administrative tasks and reporting
Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation
Coordinate meetings, office events, and internal activities when required
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
Proven experience as an Office Manager or in an administrative role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken) are required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
