Job Purpose:

To create a safe, efficient, and engaging workplace that reflects the company’s values. The role oversees office facilities, vendor management, and workplace services while driving initiatives that enhance employee experience, wellness, and productivity.

What you will be doing:

Workplace Experience:

  • Champion a welcoming and inclusive office environment that reflects the company’s values.
  • Lead initiatives to improve employee satisfaction, wellness, and productivity.
  • Coordinate office events, engagement activities, and hospitality services.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee feedback related to the workplace.
Facilities Management:
  • Oversee daily operations of office facilities, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
  • Manage vendors and service providers (cleaning, security, maintenance, etc.).
  • Monitor and maintain building systems including HVAC, lighting, and plumbing.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Plan and execute office moves, space planning, and layout optimization.
  • Manage preventive maintenance schedules and emergency repairs.
  • Support AV systems and meeting room technologies to ensure seamless functionality
Operational Support:
  • Collaborate with IT, HR, and other departments to support cross-functional workplace initiatives.
  • Manage budgets related to facilities and workplace experience.
  • Track and report on key metrics such as space utilization, maintenance requests, and employee satisfaction.
  • Support for the deployment of CONNECT for their assigned portfolio

Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in facilities or workplace management.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
